A Structured Path to Confident, Independent Cooking

The Supported Home Cook Program is designed for capable home cooks who want to deepen their skill set and feel truly in control in their own kitchen.

You already cook. You care about what you eat. You value good ingredients and thoughtful meals. What you are looking for now is refinement. Greater consistency. A stronger understanding of flavour and technique so that cooking feels intentional rather than improvised.

This is not a collection of recipes. It is guided culinary development delivered in a structured, supportive format.

How the Program Works

The program runs on a simple and focused monthly structure.

Each month you receive one on demand foundational lesson, one live online 2 hour cookery session with Suzie, and one 20 minute personal check in call.

The on demand lesson introduces the core technique or concept. The check in call ensures the learning is personalised, relevant, and progressing in the right direction. The live session hones in on your niche learning requirements, ready for you to apply it in real time in your own kitchen, with direct guidance and feedback. The rhythm is deliberate.

Learn. Check in. Practice. Refine.

Over time, skills compound. Confidence builds steadily rather than in bursts of motivation.

Designed Around Your Real Life

All teaching takes place online, in your own kitchen. You cook with your equipment, your ingredients, and within your routine. This makes the learning practical and immediately transferable.

During live sessions, Suzie guides you step by step. Questions are answered as they arise. Adjustments are explained clearly. You are not simply told what to do, but why you are doing it.

You might put your AirPods in and feel as though you have a calm voice guiding you through each stage, helping you make decisions with greater certainty. The aim, however, is not long term reliance.

The aim is independence.

Suzie works consistently towards one outcome: that you can cook without a recipe, without hesitation, and without needing her beside you. You become the head chef in your own kitchen.
