  • One 20-minute personal check in call

The on demand lesson introduces the core technique or concept. 

The check in call ensures the learning is personalised, relevant, and progressing in the right direction. 

The live session hones in on your niche learning requirements, ready for you to apply it in real time in your own kitchen, with direct guidance and feedback.

Over time, skills compound. Confidence builds steadily rather than in bursts of motivation.

All teaching takes place online, in your own kitchen. You cook with your equipment, your ingredients, and within your routine. This makes the learning practical and immediately transferable.

During live sessions, I guide you step by step. Questions are answered as they arise. Adjustments are explained clearly. You are not simply told what to do, but why you are doing it.

You might put your AirPods in and feel as though you have a calm voice guiding you through each stage, helping you make decisions with greater certainty. The aim, however, is not long term reliance.

The aim is independence.

The 4-Month Foundation

I require a minimum commitment of four months. Why? Because we aren't just learning recipes; we are rewiring your kitchen habits and building instinctive skill. In my experience, this is the essential window required to move past the "dinner rut" and into a place of genuine confidence and ease.

The Journey to Mastery (4–10 Months)

Most clients find their "culinary stride" between four and ten months. During this time, we move from the essentials into more bespoke, complex hosting skills and conscientious wellness integration. We refine your 50/50 split of skill and organization until your kitchen runs like a sanctuary.

After our initial journey, I remain dedicated to your onward education. Once your foundations are unshakable, we will review your progress together. I’ll provide a tailored recommendation to support your evolving lifestyle—whether that involves moving into a maintenance phase, joining focused seasonal workshops, or embarking on specialized deep-dives into the art of hosting.
